Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Oil & Gas projects and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support.
- Prepare job descriptions and advertise vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Develop relationships with universities, recruitment partners, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical and engineering recruitment.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor regulations is an advantage.
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
