Talent Acquisition Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Oil & Gas projects and corporate roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support.
  • Prepare job descriptions and advertise vacancies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
  • Develop relationships with universities, recruitment partners, and industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of technical and engineering recruitment.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Qatar labor regulations is an advantage.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
