Role Summary
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help our organization to discover and acquire
excellent employees with IT skills across different business verticals.
- The candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover top quality talent, build a strong
employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders.
- The candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, scheduling, offer generation, offer release and follow ups until the candidate is
onboarded.
- To be successful in this role, candidates should have an HR academic background and experience
in screening and evaluating candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume screening, screening calls,
detailed video interviews, present candidate assessment and data management
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and close hiring needs
- Define job description and search strategy
- Source resumes through various channels such as Job Boards, Employee referrals, partners
- Handle stakeholder engagement, scheduling interviews with Technical Panelists and Hiring
Managers
- Accountable for coordinating recruitment activities across locations
- Responsible for daily and weekly meetings with Hiring Managers to keep them updated on the
status
- Responsible for candidate engagement, Sourcing, Scheduling, Documents collection, Offer release,
and Onboarding
- Responsible for post-offer follow-up, ensuring that candidates on board, and working with
Business on hiring and backup plans
- Adhering to the Information Security Management System guidelines & policies as set by
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in IT recruitment, preferably from IT Industry
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
- Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Ability to understand the roles and responsibilities of different roles
- Good to have knowledge in Recruitment tools
- Proficient in Excel with good knowledge in pivot tables, vlook ups
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Information Security Management system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors or equivalent degree or MBA in HR is mandatory
