Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

3–5 years of recruitment experience,
- Awareness of advanced sourcing techniques .

Knowledge of labor market trends and local white-collar hiring channels.

Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
