Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, located in New Cairo. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining a strong employer brand to attract and retain highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Communication and Interviewing
• Knowledge of effective talent acquisition strategies and sourcing methods
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience in real estate or a similar field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
