Job Title: Researcher – Regional Talent Function

Role Purpose:
To support the Regional Talent Acquisition function by building, maintaining, and refreshing high-quality talent pools across multiple job categories, ensuring readiness to meet immediate and future hiring needs. The Researcher will play a key role in ensuring a 24-hour TAT for candidate sourcing, profiling, and submission to the regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, screen, and map talent across assigned job families and markets.
  • Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for recurring and critical regional roles.
  • Conduct candidate research using databases, job boards, sourcing tools, and networking platforms.
  • Submit high-quality candidate profiles within the 24-hour TAT for all incoming requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidates, pipelines, and sourcing activities.
  • Support Regional Talent Partners with market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability updates.
  • Coordinate initial screening calls when required and validate candidate fit and interest.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder communication and timely follow-ups with the regional function.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, or similar roles (regional exposure preferred).
  • Strong experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong MS office preferrably MS excel and Powerpoint.
  • Must have prior experience of using an ATS
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
