Talent Acquisition Section Head

Job Overview :

Talent Acquisition Section Head is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent, with a strong focus on the manufacturing and FMCG sectors. This role ensures the organization is equipped with the right talent to meet current and future business needs by driving innovative sourcing strategies, enhancing employer branding, and optimizing recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes.
• Design and implement strategic sourcing and workforce planning initiatives.
• Partner closely with department heads to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
• Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, diversity, and a strong candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience : 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and FMCG sectors is a must .
• Skills & Competencies :
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• A deep understanding of employer branding, candidate sourcing, and social media recruiting.
