Talent Acquisition Senior Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Define and track recruitment KPIs to measure success and optimize processes.
  • 2. Recruitment Operations
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Implement best practices to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
  • 3. Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
  • Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • 4. Employer Branding & Sourcing
  • Drive employer branding campaigns to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Explore innovative sourcing methods, including social media, industry networks, and talent communities.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
  • 5. Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and produce regular reports for leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Tech Recruitment experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor legislation, and HR technologies.
  • Proven success in managing high-volume and niche recruitment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
