Responsibilities:

Understanding Hiring Needs – Collaborate with hiring managers to gather role requirements, skills, and competencies.

Job Posting & Promotion – Write and publish job ads on portals, social media, career pages, and professional networks.

Sourcing Candidates – Proactively search for potential candidates through databases, LinkedIn, job fairs, employee referrals, and networking.

Screening & Shortlisting – Review CVs, conduct initial telephonic/video screenings, and shortlist qualified profiles.

Interview Coordination – Organize interviews, assessments, and panel discussions, ensuring smooth scheduling.

Candidate Assessment – Evaluate applicants’ experience, skills, and cultural fit using interviews, assignments, or tests.

Offer Management – Extend job offers, handle negotiations, and manage pre-joining formalities.

Onboarding Support – Assist HR in ensuring new hires complete documentation and have a smooth onboarding experience.

Candidate Experience – Maintain professional communication with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment journey.

Recruitment Reporting – Track and share hiring metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire.

Talent Pipeline Building – Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles.

Compliance – Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies, labor laws, and data protection norms.

Employer Branding – Promote the company as an attractive place to work to attract top talent.
