Requirements and skills

● Having a Bachelor’s/Master degree in human resource management or relevant field

● Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

● Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

● Technically expert who can understand and explain the job requirements

● Having familiarity with HRM Tools/software

● Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge.

● Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
