Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for multiple roles across departments (Academic, Sales, Tech, Operations, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
- Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
- Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely coordination between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports
- Enhance candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes
- Contribute to employer branding strategies and hiring campaigns
- Assist with recruitment-related documentation and onboarding handoff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in *Talent Acquisition or Recruitment*, preferably in EdTech, startups, or high-growth environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, ATS tools)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Prior experience recruiting for education, sales, or academic roles
- Passion for the education sector and talent development
