Talent Acquisition Specialist

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for multiple roles across departments (Academic, Sales, Tech, Operations, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
  • Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews
  • Schedule interviews and ensure timely coordination between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports
  • Enhance candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes
  • Contribute to employer branding strategies and hiring campaigns
  • Assist with recruitment-related documentation and onboarding handoff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in *Talent Acquisition or Recruitment*, preferably in EdTech, startups, or high-growth environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, ATS tools)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Prior experience recruiting for education, sales, or academic roles
  • Passion for the education sector and talent development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
