Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Strategic Workforce Planning Develop hiring strategies that align with the company’s growth plans and future talent needs.
  • Employer Branding Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates. This includes managing social media presence, career pages, and outreach campaigns.
  • Candidate Sourcing Use job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit.
  • Selection and Offer Management Help define selection criteria, facilitate final interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Onboarding Support Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives Implement strategies to recruit diverse talent and foster an inclusive workplace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
