Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Strategic Workforce Planning Develop hiring strategies that align with the company’s growth plans and future talent needs.
- Employer Branding Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates. This includes managing social media presence, career pages, and outreach campaigns.
- Candidate Sourcing Use job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit.
- Selection and Offer Management Help define selection criteria, facilitate final interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
- Onboarding Support Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Data Analysis and Reporting Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives Implement strategies to recruit diverse talent and foster an inclusive workplace
