Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top real estate talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for Property Consultants and key support roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Represent the company professionally across recruitment platforms, job fairs, and social media.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in Dubai Real Estate
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A confident, energetic, and proactive approach to recruitment.
