HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and documentation.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the Roasters culture.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and manpower requisitions for all outlets.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files, visa and contract records, and HR system entries.
  • Monitor and track probation periods, renewals, and contract expiries.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, insurance, ILOE, and company HR policies.
  • Visa, EID, and related government processes.
  • Support in handling grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, meetings, and team building activities.
  • Assist in tracking staff evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Support in identifying training needs and coordinating internal training sessions.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and performance records.
  • Collect and verify attendance data and leave records for payroll processing.
  • Support with overtime summaries, salary changes, and end of service calculations.
  • Ensure all employees are covered under health insurance and ILOE subscription.

Requirements:

  • Min 3–5 years of experience in HR (F&B or hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR system.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and proactive with a problem solving mindset.
