Responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online channels, networking, referrals, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and attract qualified candidates with expertise in DC, Critical Infrastructure, Utilities, and Technology.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the Data Centre, Critical Infrastructure and Technology sectors to effectively source top talent and provide insights to hiring managers.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of passive and active candidates with specialized skills and experience relevant to Data Centre roles, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Utilizing various job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri to source the candidates.
- Experience working into full cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA) preferred.
- 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on the DC, Critical Infrastructure, Utilities, and Technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for specialized roles within these sectors, including data center operations, critical infrastructure management, utilities engineering, and technology development.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific skills, certifications, and qualifications required for roles within the DC, Critical Infrastructure, Utilities, and Technology sectors.
- Strong English communication written and verbal.
