You'll move beyond simply filling vacancies to proactively building robust talent pipelines and enhancing our employer brand, ensuring every candidate interaction is a reflection of our commitment to excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier, specialized professionals in Cost Management, Project Management, and Construction Dispute Resolution.
- Proactively engage in headhunting and passive candidate outreach to continuously build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Maximise all sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialised industry forums, referrals, targeted talent mapping, industry events, and strategic university partnerships.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial brief through to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and competency-based interviews to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidates, ensuring an exceptional, engaging, and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
- Draft, edit, and optimise engaging job descriptions and compelling job advertisements for various marketing channels.
- Oversee the efficient and timely collection of professional references and necessary due diligence for all new hires.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers, guiding them on market trends, salary benchmarking, candidate availability, and effective interviewing techniques.
- Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers to establish a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Represent Omnium International at Career Fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to promote our employer brand and attract future talent.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter, ideally within the construction, engineering, or professional consultancy sector.
- Experience recruiting for the MENA region and an understanding of regional labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, tenacious, and results-driven approach to identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage highly technical professionals.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage a high volume of specialised vacancies simultaneously.
