Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract and onboard the best talent across all Mighty Foods departments.

You’ll support the full recruitment cycle — from posting job ads and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process in coordination with the HR Business Partner.
• Post job vacancies on internal and external platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and managers.
• Assist in preparing job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure a positive joining experience.
• Update recruitment trackers and prepare weekly hiring reports.
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or internships in HR.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and Egyptian labour law is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn.
