Job Overview:

We are looking for a IT Talent Acquisition 2 to 3 years to support our recruitment process. You’ll assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles.
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings, HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop creative job posts and employer branding content for social media.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT Recruitment .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master’s degree in HR, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
