Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings
  • Posting job openings on the portals to increase the pool of candidates.
  • Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent
  • Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner. Sourcing potential candidates through various jobs portals and online channels.
  • Oversee candidate experience & communication in all stage of hiring including application, interview, selection & joining. Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs
  • Increase the number of qualified applicants in database
  • Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions * Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
