About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment team and drive end-to-end hiring across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build a high-performing team aligned with our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters; conduct performance reviews; set goals and guide professional development.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent; oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and offer processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs; maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and marketing to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Drive fair and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring diverse talent pipelines.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting: Streamline recruitment processes, ensure compliance, and track key metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing hiring goals and recruitment operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS tools, HR software, and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
