About the Job


The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding large numbers of candidates within tight timelines, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company standards and business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Selection:


Manage the full recruitment cycle for mass hiring positions (e.g., sales representatives, customer service agents, operations staff, etc.).


Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment campaigns.


Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final assessments.


Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.


2. Stakeholder Management:


Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.


Provide weekly hiring status updates and insights on market trends, challenges, and recommendations.


Ensure alignment between hiring expectations, candidate profiles, and business priorities.


3. Candidate Experience:


Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Represent the company brand positively during all candidate interactions.


Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.


4. Data & Reporting:


Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics on the ATS or recruitment tracker.


Analyze hiring data to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-fill metrics.


Prepare regular recruitment dashboards and reports for management.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.


1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mass or volume hiring.


Experience in mass recruitment within a fast-paced industry (FMCG, Fintech, Retail, or Telecom).


Strong experience sourcing for front-line, entry-level, or sales roles.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.


Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, etc.).


High sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
