We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring top talent across the U.S. market, including both technical and non-technical roles. This position requires exceptional sourcing abilities, a deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment efficiently. Previous managerial or team-leading experience will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, job boards, networking platforms, and talent pipelines.

Conduct detailed candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and skills evaluation.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, build hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Maintain a strong understanding of U.S. job market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.

Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and documentation using ATS or HR systems.

Support employer branding initiatives by strengthening the company’s presence across platforms.

Guide or mentor junior recruitment team members if required (managerial experience is a plus).
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in U.S. talent acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring both technical and non-technical candidates.

Solid understanding of U.S. recruitment processes, job boards, salary structures, and employment practices.

Experience in sourcing hard-to-fill roles using advanced search strategies.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
