Roles and Responsibilities

• Working experience with key processes such as talent management and recruitment for the US region.
• Sourcing profiles using different job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant platforms.
• Reporting directly to the line manager and acting as a point of contact for all internal and external tasks.

Skills and Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Non IT Recruitment and US Market
• Experience in sourcing from multiple channels.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency in screening candidate profiles.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Technically savvy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
