Job Title: Recruiter – Bulk & Walk-In Hiring (BPO)

Job Description (Short):
We are hiring energetic and efficient Recruiters to manage high-volume walk-in and BPO hiring. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting candidates, and ensuring timely closures. You will drive daily/weekly hiring targets, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a smooth candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 6 months–1 year of recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring & BPO hiring
• Prior experience with walk-in recruitment
• Excellent communication, coordination & multitasking skills

Eligibility: Walk-in profiles only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
