  • Coordination with Hiring Managers and Leadership team: Regularly coordinate with hiring managers/Leadership team to identify staffing needs and understand hiring priorities.
  • Collaboration with Leadership team to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Global Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse international markets. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards (GNF career page, regional Job Board, Specialized job board and general job board), social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple countries. This includes job postings, candidate screening and first round Interview, and interview scheduling with senior departments and HOD.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and regional HR teams to understand staffing requirements. Develop tailored recruitment plans and provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to candidates, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain a robust database management system for tracking candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Interview Evaluation Form : As a TA specialist, in collaboration with HR, will develop a comprehensive Interview Evaluation Form to ensure a structured and objective assessment of candidates, aligning with our recruitment standards and organizational goals
  • Input Gathering: Both TA and HR should collaborate to gather input from hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure the form meets all needs and expectations.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Agency Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to enhance sourcing capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about HR processes, talent acquisition trends, and global hiring practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,036.24 - ₹30,000.00 per month
