Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with strong knowledge of the US staffing market to manage end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across multiple US clients while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Prepare and submit candidates with accurate documentation (resume, RTR, work authorization status, rate/salary confirmation)
- Coordinate interviews with US clients and manage feedback loops
- Negotiate compensation, start dates, and offer terms with candidates
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and recurring requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 5 years of experience in US recruitment / US staffing
- Strong understanding of the US hiring process and staffing models
- Experience working with direct clients.
- Ability to work in US time zones
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- 4 to 5 years of experience in US recruitment / US staffing
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record of successful US placements and client satisfaction
