Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and promote our employer brand.
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a TA Specialist/Recruiter (in-house preferred).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
