Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract talent through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand through recruitment campaigns, events, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Onboarding: Support new hires during the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize processes for efficiency.
