Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. The ideal candidate should have basic recruitment experience and strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data, and reports.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and documentation.
  • Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
  • Basic understanding of IT and/or non-IT hiring.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

  • New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
