Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our corporate and operational hiring needs. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with department heads to attract high-quality talent aligned with the Club’s values and service culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and operational roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce and talent needs
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
• Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment data

Requirements & Education

• Proven experience in corporate talent acquisition or recruitment
• Minimum 4 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of the UAE labor market is an advantage
• English proficiency at C2 level
• High level of discretion and professionalism
