Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and help attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding support)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
  • Develop and post compelling job descriptions
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Experience with ATS and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for Real estate.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Employer branding or campus recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
