Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting essential HR operations. The role will focus mainly on hiring, along with basic HR coordination and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers, release offer letters, and close positions within timelines
  • Support onboarding by collecting documentation and coordinating joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records and assist with attendance, leave, and basic HR coordination
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives, compliance, and employee engagement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
