Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting essential HR operations. The role will focus mainly on hiring, along with basic HR coordination and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers, release offer letters, and close positions within timelines
- Support onboarding by collecting documentation and coordinating joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and assist with attendance, leave, and basic HR coordination
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives, compliance, and employee engagement activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
