What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle offshore & international hiring across different industries
• Write creative job posts that attract top-tier talent
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards & headhunting
• Conduct HR & competency-based interviews
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment trackers & hiring reports

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong experience in offshore/international hiring
• Expert in LinkedIn sourcing & headhunting techniques
• Experience in Competency-Based Interviews (CBI)
• Fluent English is a must
• Ability to work remotely & manage multiple vacancies
• Organized, fast, and results-driven personality
