1st – 5th Joining: Structured Training + Certification

On 10 Successful Joinings: ₹5,000 Stipend

On 20 Successful Joinings: ₹12,000 Stipend

Post 20 Joinings: :- Upto ₹20,000 Fixed Salary

Role Overview

We are looking for result-oriented professionals who can manage end-to-end recruitment closures. This is a target-focused role designed for individuals who are ambitious, self-driven, and growth-oriented in the recruitment industry

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for domestic and international requirements

Conduct professional telephonic discussions

Coordinate interviews and ensure successful closures

Maintain consistent follow-ups to avoid dropouts

Track daily recruitment activities and joining updates

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass

Freshers can apply (Calling experience preferred)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Must have personal laptop and stable internet connection

Target-oriented mindset
