Job Opening: Human Resource Executive

Company: GUD LUCK FOODS Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sikarwar Tower, C-69, 2nd Floor, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Salary Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹25000 per month

About the Role

GUD LUCK FOODS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions and support the organization’s growth by strengthening talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling

Support performance management and appraisal processes

Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records

Coordinate training and development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

3–5 years of proven HR experience

Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring strategies

Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
