End to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT)

• Developandupdatejobdescriptionsandjobspecifications.
• Identifytherightplatformstopostjobvacancies.
• Updateteamwithtrendsinthejobmarkettoshaperecruitmentstrategies.
• SourcingrightprofilesthrougheffectiveusageofInternalSystems/ Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
• Screeningtoidentifypotentialcandidatestofitthejobroleandthe company culture.
• Shortlistingandschedulinginterviews.
• Coordinationoffurtherselectionprocess.
• SalaryNegotiation.
• Backgroundverification.
• MaintainingCandidatedatabase.
• Vendormanagementtomaintainminimumrecruitmentcost.
