We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our recruitment efforts as we scale our operations. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent in the competitive Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying sales talent, understand the real estate industry dynamics, and be able to create a seamless candidate experience from first contact through successful onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract real estate agents, sales consultants, and support staff through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple open positions simultaneously
- Partner with CEO and department heads to understand hiring needs and team culture fit
Candidate Management
- Create compelling job descriptions and postings that reflect our company culture and value proposition
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring process
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance process
- Track and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality
Onboarding
- Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure all pre-joining requirements are completed
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations
- Follow up with new hires during their first 90 days to ensure successful integration into the team
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback
Employer Branding
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Represent Under One Roof at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Maintain active presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to promote career opportunities
- Gather and showcase employee testimonials and success stories
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR with a focus on hiring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience recruiting for sales roles, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or service industries
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and MOHRE regulations
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market or property industry
- CIPD or SHRM certification
- Experience with volume hiring and building teams from scratch
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
- Network within the Dubai real estate community
