Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in core IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring for technical roles and a deep understanding of IT skill sets, hiring platforms, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & communities
• Coordinate with hiring managers and close positions within timelines
• Screen, schedule interviews, negotiate offers & support onboarding
• Maintain candidate data in ATS / trackers and build talent pipelines

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in core IT hiring
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
