Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and metrics-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full cycle recruiting efforts across cleared programs. The ideal candidate brings proven experience recruiting for TS SCI and above populations, with specific strength sourcing imagery and GEOINT talent. This role requires strong pipeline management, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery against weekly performance metrics.Key Responsibilities
Execute full cycle recruiting for cleared positions, with emphasis on TS SCI and above
Source, screen, and qualify candidates within the Imagery, GEOINT, and IC domains
Build and maintain strong pipelines of cleared intelligence professionals
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insight
Maintain accurate and timely candidate tracking within the ATS
Attend and actively participate in weekly recruiting and program meetings
Manage candidate communications and ensure a high quality candidate experience
Meet or exceed established weekly and monthly recruiting metrics
Support surge recruiting efforts as mission needs evolve
Maintain compliance with all company and government recruiting requirements

Required Skills
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience recruiting for TS SCI and above cleared positions
Proven experience recruiting Imagery, GEOINT, or related intelligence candidates
Experience supporting DoD or IC customers
Strong understanding of the cleared recruiting lifecycle
Ability to work core hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Experience working in a metrics driven recruiting environment
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, clearance networks, referrals, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with imagery analysis skill sets and mission spaces
Experience using modern ATS and CRM recruiting tools
Prior experience in a fast paced government contracting environment
Performance Expectations
Weekly activity and submission metrics must be consistently met
Maintain healthy pipeline coverage for assigned requisitions
Demonstrate responsiveness to hiring managers and candidates
Participate in all required weekly meetings and team syncs
