About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist to support rapid growth across our engineering organization. This role will focus on recruiting experienced engineers across multiple disciplines and locations in a fast-scaling, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-life cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, from intake through onboarding

Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering skill sets

Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and industry outreach

Conduct resume and application reviews within the ATS to evaluate technical competencies and overall alignment with role requirements.

Perform phone screens to assess technical qualifications, problem-solving ability, and role alignment

Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless and timely candidate experience.

Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring strategy

Facilitate interview debriefs and provide detailed candidate evaluations

Manage offer development, negotiation, and onboarding transition

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to provide consultative recruiting support and market insights

Track, analyze, and benchmark recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, etc.)

Prepare and present data-driven reports and insights to stakeholders

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience

Support broader HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering or technical roles

Ability to work a hybrid schedule

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment

Strong understanding of core HR functions and employment practices

Experience partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present recruiting data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management abilities

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications

Experience with iCIMS or a similar ATS preferred
