Talent Acquisition Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, corporate, and early‑career roles. This role is responsible for sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring leaders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for structural engineering and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates at all experience levels.
Proactively identify and engage passive engineering candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry events, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of engineers, ensuring future hiring needs are met.
Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining communication, providing timely feedback, and coordinating the interview process efficiently.
Track metrics and optimize processes to improve hiring efficiency.
Enhance the company’s presence in the structural engineering community through targeted branding initiatives, social media engagement, and university outreach.
Develop recruiting materials and technical hiring campaigns to attract top engineering talent.
Partner with engineering leadership to implement best practices in technical hiring, diversity recruitment, and workforce planning.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the engineering sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
Willingness to travel for university recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Commute to and from work daily in downtown Dallas (Courthouse District).
Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
Close vision (Clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision. (Clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (Ability to identify and distinguish colors).
Continuous sitting, standing, walking, using stairs, hearing, talking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others.
Exerting up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds via dolly) of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or move objects.
