Position Overview


Summit Management Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across our portfolio of nine operating companies. This role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating with hiring managers, and helping move qualified candidates through the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple open roles across different teams and locations. This position will play a key role in ensuring our operating companies are consistently staffed with strong talent as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting efforts across Summit’s nine operating companies for a variety of roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and send qualified candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating next steps between candidates and leadership teams.
  • Help prepare candidates for interviews and provide guidance on the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support ongoing recruiting initiatives as the company continues to grow and acquire new operating companies.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other recruiting platforms is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for property management, administrative, or operational roles is helpful but not required.
