JOB TITLE: Talent Acquisition Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
SALARY RANGE: $58,000-$70,000/year (depending on location and experience)
REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Manager
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment and embodies the core values that we follow, to achieve universal prosperity with our Customers, Company, Team Members and Communities. Our Human Resource team is focused on a positive culture and driving efficiencies. The successful candidate must also be able to effectively prioritize, possess sound reasoning/judgment skills, maintain a positive attitude and be a strong team player. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with our managers to attract experienced professionals to our team. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Maintain recruiting applicant tracking system (Workday) ensuring information is up-to-date for all open positions.

Source passive and candidates for difficult to fill positions on platforms such as (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed and more).

Create, post and manage advertising needs on a variety of social media platforms.

Coordinate and conduct phone interviews for candidates.

Actively managing the pre-screen and background check process and assis as backup in the onboarding for new hires.

Manage the candidate experience from application to end of training.

Maintain professional communication and confidentiality with candidates and employees with sensitive information.

Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.

Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.

Attend and participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events, including travel as needed.

Process paperwork and/or forms in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure personnel and department information is processed, kept organized, up-to-date, and strictly confidential.

Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including but not limited to sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, selection and background reporting.

All other tasks as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Recruiting required.

Onboarding experience preferred.

Significant knowledge of HR functions.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance, and industry-specific requirements (DOT/FMCSA regulations preferred).

Must be detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organization, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, etc.

Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
