At Concierge Home Care, we don’t just fill roles—we build teams that deliver exceptional patient care. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting compassionate clinicians with meaningful careers.

What You’ll Do

• Support full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians (RNs, PTs, OTs, and STs)
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Assist with onboarding and credentialing processes
• Participate in hiring events and job fairs (some travel required)
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload (up to 50 requisitions)
  
  

What You Bring

• College education required (or currently pursuing)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ATS systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated home office
• Home health or healthcare experience required
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business need
