Compensation: $28.85–$31.25 per hour, plus bonus potential


Position Summary

Baker Law Group, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across the firm, with an emphasis on legal and professional staff hiring. This role reports to the Human Resources and Payroll Manager and partners closely with hiring managers to source candidates, manage recruiting activity, coordinate interviews, and support an efficient, high-quality hiring process. The ideal candidate will be proactive in developing candidate pipelines, building talent networks, and anticipating hiring needs across the firm.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorney, paralegal, intake, administrative, and professional staff roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Anticipate staffing needs and recommend proactive sourcing strategies to support firm growth
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial recruiter interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer process logistics
  • Draft and post job advertisements that accurately reflect role expectations and firm culture
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring outcomes
  • Help improve recruiting processes, communication, and overall candidate experience
  • Partner with HR to support a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding
  • Assist with employer branding efforts and help strengthen the firm’s talent pipeline


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience required
  • Experience recruiting in a law firm, legal staffing, or professional services environment strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple open positions at once
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Professional presence and sound judgment
  • Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and leadership across the firm
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR systems preferred


Compensation and Bonus Opportunity

This is a full-time, non-exempt position paid on an hourly basis. The compensation range for this role is $28.85 to $31.25 per hour, plus bonus potential.
