What You’ll Do:

Hire top Property Consultants (commission-based).

Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.

Build a strong talent pipeline & track recruitment metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years experience in property/sales recruitment.

Proven track record hiring high-performing agents.

Freshers will not be entertained.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
