Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist


Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role is pivotal in attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent to support the company’s growth and strategic objectives, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize diverse channels—including LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and referrals—to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job profiles, and conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate receives timely communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitor key recruitment metrics, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, collaborating with HR to ensure all necessary documentation and system access are prepared.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced or corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR management platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Taleo).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Organizational Agility: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
