Job Title: Marketing Executive – Recruitment Services

Experience: 1–5 years (GCC experience preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and target-driven Marketing Executives to develop our recruitment business in Kuwait. The role involves direct client acquisition through field visits, building strong relationships with companies, and procuring recruitment requirements (vacancies). Candidates with prior experience in recruitment or manpower consultancy will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across Kuwait to identify and acquire new clients
- Approach companies to understand their hiring needs and generate job vacancies
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HR managers and decision-makers
- Procure recruitment requirements and coordinate with internal teams for fulfillment
- Track and manage client pipeline, follow-ups, and closures
- Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and vacancy generation
- Stay updated on Kuwait labor market trends and hiring demands
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, or recruitment
- Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into active clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kuwait for client meetings
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
Preferred Criteria
- Experience in recruitment/manpower consultancy (highly preferred)
- GCC experience, especially in Kuwait, will be given preference
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage (almost critical for local access)
- Valid Kuwait driving license is an added advantage

Pay: KD200.000 - KD220.000 per month
