We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Executive (B2B)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of IT solutions, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment

· Promote and sell company products, including Different IT Software & Hardware

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients

· Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT / Software solutions preferred)

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Must own a vehicle and Valid Kuwait Driving License

· Transferable Visa (Article 18)
