Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and supporting the company's workforce planning needs. The candidate should have strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview practices.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and social media hiring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
