Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The primary responsibility is to source, attract, and hire experienced Forex Customer Support / Sales / Account Management Agents across multiple international markets.

The ideal candidate has a strong recruitment background in the Forex industry, an established network of Forex professionals, and the ability to identify and hire high-quality multilingual candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit experienced Forex agents for the following languages:
• Japanese
• Tagalog
• French
• Malay (Malaysia)
• Bahasa Indonesia
• Thai
• Vietnamese
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and personal networks.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Forex professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are completed efficiently and within hiring timelines.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and hiring updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the Forex industry.
• Proven experience hiring Forex professionals.
• Strong network and connections within the Forex recruitment market.
• Experience recruiting multilingual candidates is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media sourcing.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet hiring targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting for international Forex brokers.
• Existing database of Forex candidates.
• Experience hiring for Asian and European language markets.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
